HOW TO CONSUME AS SASHIMI / 刺身生食准备方式

  1. Without unsealing, dip the frozen salmon fillet in normal temperature water for around 15 - 20 minutes to thaw.
    不开封包装,将冷冻三文鱼浸在水里大约 15 - 20 分钟来解冻
  2. Unseal the salmon fillet. Remember to pat dry the defrosted salmon fillet with kitchen towel. 
    开封,使用厨房纸巾将三文鱼片拍干。
  3. Slice the fillet to your liking。 Recommend to consume with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi!
